Inventories: With the demands of Tenancy Deposit Protection, brought in by the Housing Act 2004, a comprehensive and detailed inventory is crucial to protecting your property and supporting any claim for damages deductions from deposits. We have several years experience in preparing computerised inventories, supported by multiple digital photographs, especially for furnished student houses.
Check-in and check-out: Coupled with the above we can check-in and check-out your tenants, including preparing a variation report (identifying items of damage / loss).
PAT Testing: Health And Safety legislation places responsibilities upon landlords and property owners to ensure the safety of small portable electrical items in the property, for example vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc. We can perform annual Portable Appliance Testing checks to demonstrate compliance.
