We provide maintenance and upgrade services to our landlord clients. Based upon positive feedback we believe there is a great demand and now extend this service to local householders.
We have experience of a broad range of property maintenance tasks. We offer a friendly, personal, professional and reliable service for your small and medium home maintenance needs. We are fully equipped with all necessary professional tools and equipment. We will not rip you off, nor will we mess you around. If we make a commitment we will do our absolute best to honour it, or advise you, if we need to make changes.
What do we do?

All those small jobs like shelves, picture and mirror fitting, etc
minor electrical - replacing light fittings, switches, smoke alarms, etc
plumbing - taps, ball valves, shower hoses and heads, etc,
doors, locks, handles, curtain tracks, etc

Flat-pack furniture assembly (IKEA etc)
Ÿ
Wall mounted LCD TVs (subject to wall being strong enough to support your LCD TV!)
Ÿ
Small area decoration (typically up to one / two rooms)
Ÿ
Kitchen and bathroom tiling

From time to time we will take on larger jobs such as replacing or renovating kitchens and bathrooms - call us to discuss
What don’t we do?

Boilers and anything to do with gas
Ÿ
More major electrical works (anything requiring certification)

Blocked drains (except simple jobs like blocked wastes, traps etc)

Roofing and glazing
Ÿ
Structural work or plastering
But for these jobs we can normally refer you to someone we trust
What area do we cover?
We are based in Sunbury on Thames, so areas surrounding including Staines, Hampton, Ashford (Middx), Walton on Thames, Egham, Engelfield Green, Weybridge, etc. We may go further on request, but reserve the right to charge travel time.
How much do we charge?
We want to be transparent and up-front. Our first hour is charged at £48, and £20 per half hour thereafter. We are not VAT registered so no extra 20% shocks! We charge no call out fee. Our hourly rate includes normal consumables such as screws, nails, glue, etc, but not items such as paint, specialist fixings, handles, locks, etc. We are happy for you to supply these yourself or we can supply at a reasonable cost.
We are happy to work either on a fixed price or hourly basis. We will always give an approximate estimate (for hourly rate) or a specific fixed price quotation. We do not ask for a deposit but ask for payment upon completion. You can pay by cash, cheque or VISA / Mastercard.
How soon can we do the job?
It depends on what is required and how busy we are but we may even be able to do it the same day - just ask! If you want an evening or Saturday service this may be available, depending on our commitments. We do not operate on a Sunday.
